NiceFunnel Cookie Notice

Short version

NiceFunnel itself uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in. NiceFunnel does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A Seller may add their own analytics or ad pixels to their public pages; those load only if you accept them in the cookie prompt on that Seller's page (see below). Otherwise there is no cookie banner asking for consent, because strictly necessary cookies and storage do not require consent under EU/UK ePrivacy rules and NiceFunnel's own analytics set no cookies.

Cookies we set

Visitors to a Seller's public page who do not sign in normally receive no cookies from NiceFunnel.

Analytics without cookies

Seller analytics (page views and link clicks) are counted on our server as daily totals per page and traffic source. Funnel analytics (page, checkout, purchase) count unique visitors with a server-side code that changes every day; no cookie is set and no IP address or device ID is stored.

Seller-configured pixels (only with your consent)

A Seller may connect Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Microsoft Clarity to their own public pages. When they do, their pages show a cookie prompt with equal Accept and Reject buttons. Nothing from these providers loads until you click Accept. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (nf-consent-v1:<page>) for that Seller only, and you can change it any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

These pixels never run in the NiceFunnel dashboard or on NiceFunnel's own pages. To avoid counting a purchase twice, a short marker (nf-px-purchase:<order>) is kept in your browser after the purchase event is sent.
