NiceFunnel Acceptable Use Policy

What you can sell during the pilot

Creator-made digital downloads, online courses, and scheduled educational, creative, or business coaching sessions, including pay-what-you-want pricing for a real deliverable. Physical goods, shipping, charitable fundraising, and donations without a deliverable are not supported yet.

Not allowed

1. Illegal goods or services, fraud, sanctions evasion, impersonation, stolen credentials, forged documents, card testing, or payments without a genuine product.
2. Copyright or trademark infringement, piracy, stolen courses, unauthorized software or media, or leaked confidential material.
3. Pornography or sexually explicit content, sexual services, and any sexual content involving minors (including AI-generated).
4. Threats, incitement to violence, harassment, doxxing, hate, or products meant to cause serious harm.
5. Malware, phishing, hacking services, spam tools, fake engagement, or illegally obtained personal data.
6. Pyramid or MLM schemes, guaranteed earnings or returns, fake testimonials, fake scarcity or fake deadlines, and other misleading claims.
7. Gambling, raffles, lotteries, money transmission, stored value, investments, crypto or NFT sales, credit repair, or debt relief.
8. Regulated professional services (individual medical treatment, legal representation, regulated investment advice).
9. Drugs, cannabis/CBD, weapons, alcohol, tobacco or vapes, pharmaceuticals, and other age-restricted goods.
10. Resale-rights (PLR/MRR) bundles, unchanged third-party products, dropshipping, or products whose main value is recruitment.
11. Empty listings, undisclosed preorders, or offers that make buyers message you just to find out what they bought.
12. Anything prohibited by law, card-network rules, or Stripe's restricted businesses list.

Using the platform fairly

• Do not attack, probe, overload, or scrape NiceFunnel, or try to get around plan limits, prices, or payment checks.
• Do not send spam or email people who did not opt in.
• Do not use NiceFunnel to collect passwords, card numbers, or government ID from buyers.

Reporting and enforcement

Report a page or product to abuse@nicefunnel.com with its link and a short explanation. We may remove listings, stop sales, or suspend accounts, and where safe we explain why and allow a review request. Copyright notices go to our Copyright Agent at abuse@nicefunnel.com and must include the information listed in the DMCA section of the Terms of Service; we terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
